Pe parcursul sesiunii de prezentare a lucrărilor poster, autorii acestora trebuie să fie pregătiți să își prezinte lucrările pe parcursul celor două ore. Organizatorii conferinței nu vor asigura servicii de imprimare a acestora.

Posterele trebuie afișate din timp, vom reveni cu detalii.

Sunt câteva reguli generale de construire a unui poster, vă recomandăm acest site sau acesta pentru câteva idei.

Ca sugestie, se pot folosi programele Microsoft PowerPoint sau Microsoft Publisher. Recomandăm mărimile A0, A1 sau A2.
